Property Run

Developed as a television game show format, which has its own board game version, H2O entertainment`s Property Run is the ultimate realty reality game which brings immense entertainment, drama and suspense both on television and inside homes.

Thegame should not be confused with Monopoly, as it is far more advanced and complexed. The Board game version comes with it`s own banking and accounting software and is playable for upto 8 players with gameplay of approx. 8-10 hours to play the 7 plus 1 eilimination rounds.

Edition 1 is based on actual properties of Dubai including residential towers, commercial towers, housing communities, hotels, mega projects, malls, metro, theme parks etc. However the format can be modified for any other city in the world. The game is aimed to promote the real estate sector and create home based interaction with real life properties and projects.

The Television version has been planned to run as an elimination based series over 22 episodes, with two 7+1 round games being played within a season. With a larger than life set and game board, where people themselves are the playing pieces, the last surviving player or the Grand Property King will walk away with a real property in the city the show is promoting.
